Q How can you guarantee the quality or any warranty?

Q When is your shipping and delivery time?

By sea or air. Normally 7 to 14 Days for delivery, according to your order quantity.

Q Where is your nearest loading port?

Shanghai, Qingdao or Tianjin, China.

Q What are your payment term?

After receiving T/T 30% payment, start production; Remaining 70% paid before delivery.

Q Do you accept small quantity order?

Q What information do I need to provide if I want an accurate quote?

Please confirm the product, material, working pressure, connection method, flange standard, medium and quantity.

Q Can you provide samples?

Yes, we generally provide samples with a diameter of 100 or less, and you need to bear the freight of the samples.
