Installation Steps
Ⅰ.Preparation :
     1.Check the condition of the pipeline: Confirm the location of the leak, the amount of water leaking, as well as the material and type of pipe, and select the appropriate patch type and specification.
     2.Water Shutdown and Drainage: Ensure that the pipeline is shut down and emptied to ensure that the working environment is dry.
Ⅱ.Preparation of tools and materials :
     1.Choose the right patch and the necessary tools such as wrenches, cutting tools, cleaning materials, etc.
Ⅲ.Cleaning the Pipes :
     1.Remove dirt, rust and oil from the area around the leak to ensure the repair area is clean.
     2.If necessary, use a chemical cleaner to further clean the surface of the pipe.
Ⅳ.Installing Patches:
     1.Accurately locate the patch at the leak point to ensure that the leak area is covered.
     2.Fix the patch step by step according to the patcher's instructions and avoid over-tightening.
     3.After the installation is completed, a tightness check is carried out to ensure that there is no water leakage.
Ⅴ.Recording & Monitoring :
     1.Record the date of the patch, the cause, the materials used, and the installer information.
     2.Regularly inspect the patched area to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Precautions
     1. Safety equipment: Safety equipment should be worn during installation to ensure the safety of operation.
     2. Environmental conditions: Ensure that the working environment is dry and avoid moisture affecting the repair effect.

     3. Tool selection: Choose patches and tools that match the pipeline material to avoid secondary damage caused by improper use.
     4. Tightness check: After the installation is completed, the pressurized water test or visual inspection is carried out to ensure that the sealing performance of the patcher is good.
